No order is too large nor too small. We specialize in custom gifts and will design baskets to fit your budget. Custom gift basket and fruit orders are non-refundable.
In order to guarantee freshness, Fruit Baskets are for local delivery only.
We do not recommend the mix of fruit and snacks with scented body or perfume item, however it strictly up to you if you wish to or a customized a gift baskets with the combination of such items. Standard gift basket hand delivery is $10 per basket per location within local radius.
Delivery to NW GA or Cleveland, TN is available for additional fee.

How to Cancel and Order
Once your order is received it is fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. You can cancel your order by contacting us via email or contact form within 24 from the date you placed your order. We will issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, if cancellation request is not received within the time frame stated, we will continue to process and ship your order. You will not be able to cancel.
Occasionally we offer a few stand alone non gift basket items. Non gift basket stand alone items are eligible for a full refund and may be returned within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip, and all original packing Example of a stand alone item would be a gift book, a figurine, wall decor, candle etc that is not wrapped up in gift basket. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 business days of return merchandise, depending on your method of return.
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that items ordered together may not always shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are insured, and customers should contact the carrier directly with tracking information to file any complaints.
